Windows live mail working offline wont go online




















I've shut my DSL off and on several times. I sometimes get the following popup, and that's why I'm posting on this forum. Does anyone have any ideas of what may be switched off? Make sure any antivirus or firewall programs on your computer allow Windows Live Mail wlmail. I've gone through Norton 's menus and can't find anything that may be causing the problem.
