The Program Joining our Registered Nurse Graduate Program, you will be welcomed into an environment that cares for its people. Through your month program, you will develop a sense of belonging and begin your transition into becoming a confident and competent Registered Nurse.

Sitting within a clinical framework, your program offers a part-time rotating roster across 4 days per week with the flexibility to complete rotations in critical care, surgical, medical, oncology, operating rooms, day surgery, rehabilitation and more.

A multi-tiered approach to your support sees you have access to a designated onsite Graduate Coordinator, Educators, Preceptors and Clinical Specialists who will be available to answer your questions and connect you in with other people across Epworth.
